The Next Gen
Last Year Google's own Android phone was a HTC make and this year the company has chosen Samsung to make its next device.Called Samsung Nexus S,the phone nowhere liis in the league of slim phones. Its has well endowed waistline and still is pretty convenient to handle.
The device comes with a 4.0-inch Super AMOLED display and the glass covering it is slightly curved in order to improve its functionality. The sunlight legibility of the device is good and the touch response is great too. The back panel of the phone is made of glossy plastic which makes it quite messy due to fingerprints.
Smooth Operator
As mentioned earlier the touch of the Nexus S is really smooth.Additionally the phone runs on the latest Android 2.3 OS making it pretty up to date. As far as the interface is concerned it is plain vanilla Android and Samsung's own TouchWiz UI is missing. There are four haptic touch keys below the screen for back, menu, search and home. There are five home screen panels which you can customize by adding shortcuts ,widgets and folders or changing the wall paper.
